Open classes are in the designated location. Personal trainings are on-site where it is most practical, e.g. ahead of a sports tournament, and wherever you can make room and find time for a 1h - 1.5h session to meet with your strongest self.

Build steel-like core strengths for martial arts like kickboxing, kung fu, karate, and judo.

Develop accurate muscle control for sports like golf, tennis, badminton, archery, fencing, and polo.

Increase range of motion for sports like running, mountain biking, road biking, and mountaineering.
